They did a removal and replacement of my full residential A/C system a few years ago and the quality of workmanship was excellent. Below is a letter that I actually wrote to the company and so what I have done is brought it here to share it with everyone else And I’ll go into details a little more for the people who didn’t know what I just went through. It’s not often that we find a company that we can trust anymore everything and everyone is about making a profit and sometimes companies That come out to your house to work they search for things to charge you for or if they charge by the hour they’re there longer than. Needed. Not this company they had to come out to my house twice, and the reason for that is because my air handler had been put under a lot of strain and wasn’t acting right, and it was really hard to determine what the problem was It kept freezing up. It wouldn’t Drain right and this is causing all kind of problems. The problem ended up actually fixing itself with a little help from myself taking the workload off of it for a few days. You see the fan kept overheating because it had been under a lot of strain from the filter, not being clean from the drain line not being clean and once those were taken care of what I did was, I put two fans on the air handler to help it drain And keep from freezing up and that worked. So when the guys came and they checked it all out, everything was running and draining as it should . To what they recommended was, let’s take the fans off and let’s see how it works. They could’ve taken advantage of me Telling me yes you need a new fan motor but that’s not what they did. They saw that it was working adequately At this time. Taking the workload off the air handler allowed it to straighten itself out after the stress it was under. They could’ve charged me for things that didn’t need to be charged for, but they didn’t. The last thing that was said was less continue to watch it and see how it functions. They were gonna go ahead and get me it was the fan Just in case it did happen again and if that was the avenue, I needed to go. and they even told me they could help with working it out financially if it came down to that Repair needed. But they kept saying it looks good right now. Let’s just watch it. I am blown away that they didn’t take advantage of Of me and didn’t fix things they didn’t need to be fixed. I really felt like they were there to truly help me. It was the most amazing experience. And I am happy to say that this is who I’ll be doing business with in the future when it comes to my Air condition. I could’ve went into a lot more detail here, but I’ll spare you that. Just wanna say they were amazing. And below is the letter that I had sent to the company the morning after they Left. I would highly recommend this company and that’s something that I don’t do Especially these days, but this company I would do that for sure. The letter.
