I have and will continue to recommend this company to anyone I know or come in contact with that needs these services. We have had horrible experiences with other local companies and when Les and his team we’re recommended to us, I admit I was skeptical. They far exceeded what I could imagine in knowledge, honesty and professionalism. They did everything in their power to make sure my family and I were comfortable. A few months later, a coworker was talking about her dire situation at home, their heater had gone kaput and their ac man who had promised to come days before hadn’t and wasn’t going to until after the weekend. I text them my co-workers info and within minutes I received a response and was assured he would contact her. We we’re concerned because we contacted them late on a friday, but sure enough, he contacted her quickly and someone was waiting at her house when she got home from work. They needed a new system and that transaction went quick and smooth! The prices and warranty are remarkable. It felt amazing knowing that what I experienced wasn’t a fluke or by chance, but consistent in how they operate their business, because she was treated just the same. My friend had nothing but nice things, praises and thank yous to say for me recommending them. We will need an upgrade from what was originally put in for our home, and I know exactly who will be taking care of us. Keep up the amazing work guys. May God continue to bless you and your families.
