Les was great from start to finish. We knew that we weekend need a new unit before summer hit, his team followed up on that before we called them. He came in with a very reasonable quote, cheaper than anybody else by at least $500, which is quite a bit when you’re paying for a remodel out of pocket. His crew showed up on the scheduled date a tad earlier than expected, which is great. They were conscious of keeping the house clean, not scratching our wood floors, not getting dust and dirt on the clothes in the closet that they were working in, etc. At the end, they took the time to explain how to take care of our new unit. Overall, a great experience.
